RSRS - Record Storage & Retrieval Services Inc.

This particular review is not focused on the Rsrs - Record Storage & Retrieval Services Inc. itself as business, but rather on the wonderful service of one of their employees, Ms. Mary Mclean. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful to deal with during a very stressful time for me. I required my medical records on an expedited basis and given the standard procedure of Rsrs and how busy things were in January after the holidays, it appeared that there might be a problem to obtain the records to meet a deadline. However, Mary detected the urgency of the situation and asked me to hold while she spoke to her manager about the situation. I was very grateful for her suggestion. She spoke to her manager and was able to obtain a date that was still close to the deadline, but I was happy that there was a possibility that I could obtain the records earlier. I thanked her profusely and got off the phone feeling much calmer and very hopeful that everything would fine. Much to my surprise, the records arrived a week Earlier than the proposed date! I know this would not have been possible with the kind and gracious assistance I received from Ms. Mclean. Now, if only all companies had wonderful representative such as her!
