I have been a patient to this clinic and service was fine for a while, nothing special but i was able to see my doctor when i needed. but lately the service has gone down, the reception does not answer the phone, it can ring for 10 minutes and no one to answer the calls. My family doctor cancels appointments very often, its been 6 months since last time i saw my family doctor. if they cancel your appointment they will ask you to book another appointment and wait another two to three weeks before you can see the doctor, and when the date of the appointment comes, they will call to you cancel the appointment again!. This place is just a joke and they will not take your health seriously. neither by the reception staff or the doctors. I am taking my business somewhere else. My health and my time are very important.
