But I can tell you that police refuse to help and say it's a 'management and security' issue/responsibility. Don't move in here if you want to thrive, you'll just be surviving to maintain your sanity and safety. Also, I've never in my life seen such a cockroach infestation. It's unfortunate how little prevention there is here in all kinds of preventable matters that constantly escalate. Inept management that downplays and dismisses constantly, leaving tenants feeling powerless.
