Living at 39 Oneida Crescent The building is not well looked after Very dusty The Superintendent Nolly is very arrogant The marble lobby floor is not dried after using a dirty mop to clean The cleaner pretended to not understand English when I challenged him I contacted our building manager to register a formal complaint Both the cleaner and Nolly the Superintendent were arrogant and disrespectful
