Average rating 2.0 based on 1 reviewI have tried for 3 weeks to get my credit report. I have made hundreds of phone calls and spoken to so many people from equifax. After completing a dispute form online and submitting the form I waited 10 days to my status to find out they had my wrong date of birth. I sent copy of my passport and driver's license to verify my address and date of birth. I now am told I have to resubmit my hard copy of documents to prove my date of birth. I need my credit score to buy a house since we are homeless right now. I have been jerked around for 3 solid weeks by Equifax and no-one at Equifax has been helpful or wanted to help me at all. Shame Shame on Equifax. Customer service Sucks... Not A Joke To Play With People'S Livelihood
