Avoid this place at all costs. They ruined my Hugo Boss raincoat and would not give a refund. My raincoat had isolated visible stains in the neck area that spread all over the front and back of coat after "cleaning". It also came back crinkly / puckered and the laser-cut expressed seams (which Svetlana called "undone to begin with") came back disastrously frayed. I now have a coat that has fringe everywhere. Svetlana Cannot Be Trusted. She was nice and seemed confident when I first brought the coat in that the stain would come out and now blames the "bad" manufacturer (Hugo Boss - right) for the damage. While I know nothing is certain, I did not expect the coat to come back much worse. It looks dirty. I told Svetlana when I first visited that I might donate the coat to Goodwill if the stain didn't come out, but I can't even do that now because any job seeker wearing that coat would look like they didn't care about how they looked. I am utterly disappointed. Please do not patronize this establishment.
