Then her right arm several times with no blood. The lady who was working with her at the time refused to come help her out saying :I am on break: Then she called someone else who took the sample. ....My grand daughter has swollen arms for a week. She is so scared that she does not want to go for her routine checkups any more
Extremely disappointing attitude of the staff.
