170 Sentinel Rd is not worth 1300$ for a 1 bedroom. They turned all their Bachelor Apartments into 1 bedroom by simply adding a plywood wall to the living room that separates “a room” from the front door. It’s a rip off living here. Government housing is next door, police always in the area patrolling like it’s a crime to live here for 1300$ a month plus utilities. It’s the ghetto why is the rent so high? Plus Utilities? On top of that, they do so much repairs in the building without proper notice, people steal your stuff from the lobby if you’re in the middle of moving, there is constantly no hot water because apparently if too many tenants are home using the hot water it gets cut off, the elevator is out of date causing it to never line up with the floor, major trip Hazard! And Lawsuit! Strays cats are always at the garbage/ Garage doors area, they actually get fed by the Superintendent, 416 Apartment coughs and spits all day every day on their balcony below my apartment, no manners. And the owner doesn’t seems to respect or care about any of these issues. Don’t waste your time Or Your hard earned money here. I regret living here.
