Note moyenne 2,0 basée sur 1 avisMy fiancée and I have been a customer of Virgin Mobile for about 8 yrs now, and we just upgraded our phones back July 16th 2022 and it was over the phone and the phone was shipped to me, we were promised to have my $50 dollar upgrade fee waived, also I was promised that there wasn't any Money to be put down, as we told the person on the phone that we couldn't put any money down and couldn't afford the money down, the Virgin rep on the phone assured us that we wouldn't have to put any money down if we got the phones shipped to us. This is two separate accts. When I got my first phone bill, it was $528 dollars, so I called Virgin plus an the 5th of August, told them the issue and was told that someone from the back office would call me within 3-5 business days, I got no phone call back, I called again was told I would get a phone call from the back office by the 12th of...
