Note moyenne 3,0 basée sur 1 avisAbsolutely the worst experience ever! The owner Sugeer is a racist illiterate rude person who has no customer service skills at all. He made me drive twice to his shop after I talked to him over the phone and confirmed he's in the shop and has the part to do my phone repair. I got there within 20 minutes and he had left. Came back after 1 hour, made me wait even further, no apology, nothing. When I asked him, he told me that he's not working for me, he has enough business from "his community", so told me to "get out". I told him that he's not doing my phone repair for free, and that he should have some customer service skills. I just walked off. Bottomline, Do Not Deal and Do Not Go to this shop if you're a non-Tamil, you will be sorry if you did. I will rate it negative 10 stars if I could. They may be cheap and it shows in their behaviour towards their non-Tamil customers. All the 5-star Google reviews are from Tamils, and all the worst Google reviews are from non-Tamils, need I say more?
