Elite Ribbon Printers

Poor customer service. Purchased a printer that could not be upgraded. After years of going back and forth with the company, they convinced me to send in the old printer which I pd over$800USC for a new printer with 2018 software and charged me $449.99; didn't send the ribbon or film as advertised. They send me a Cd to install the software that they told me would be remotely installed. I have had the printer now for 3 days and can't use it because the owner wants to go back and forth with me about dumb stuff. The owner gets mad at me and says for me to return the printer and they will return the old one. Not Going To Happen! Just install the software and leave me alone. It's 2022. Who sends out a Cd and has to install software remotely! This tells me that this company is about profits over customer service and hasn't upgraded their systems to meet modern technology! Please!
