The facility is owned by Mount Sinai Hospital, which despite being one of the wealthiest hospitals in the country refuses to give their staff cost of living pay increases and has no system in place for performance or seniority based raises or bonuses. It's the definition of a dead-end job with no possibility of ever being paid more no matter how hard you work or how much you have contributed. There are too many levels of management, poor communication and abhorrent employee morale. Avoid this place. This employer does not value hard work or the staff that make this place run.
