Academy Place

I lived in that building for 6 years. We recently moved out. The building is ranked as "luxury" but it is far from it. It is full of cockroaches, we have been sprayed several times but it does not work when the building is full of their nests..they have them everywhere.Almost every repair they want to charge separately ( front door lock, refrigerator handles). This is personally decided by one of the janitors how much they will charge for the repair. The management is disinterested, sometimes rude and does not care and does not react to any complains. Cleaning stuff works hard, janitors lazy and rude. Some tenants have a privileged status (such as a former manager). He and his family shake the carpets over the balcony railing on the 17th floor, splash the balcony with water and dirty water leaks on other people's belongings and balconies and so works constantly no matter the objection.
