Subway

Watched the lady put cheese on a sub on top of meat then put it back in the tray. Employees must not be being trained on food safety. No cheese or lettuce was on my sub, they never mentioned it on the phone or in person they had ample opportunities. I called to ask if I could get it lightly toasted as there is no option when you order online and notes disappeared after ordering. While picking it up I saw she was visibly anxious, something was clearly wrong and she didn't want to say anything. She told me over the phone that they didn't have my sub and that I had called the wrong location. Asked a few times if they had a chicken teriyaki ready for pick up and if I could have it lightly toasted, she couldn't understand me and she didn't speak clearly into the phone as I couldn't hear her very well. Said chicken teriyaki crunch repeatedly, then she finally looked and said it was ready. Called 4 or 5 times well before the sub
