She is Loud..Laughing Loud ..Talking loud either on the phone or to other staff members .This Behavior is Intentional intended to Annoy and Provoke Reaction. She works here many yrs.and she Always Behaved like that...she has No Sense of Respect to People in The Library or Any Insight to The Fact that in the Library You only work and it is Not your private place or supermarket and you have to Behave Respectfully and keep your loud mouth shutt-up.
