Unprofessional behaviour by support staff which is led by Dr. Sankiewicz. He is highly controlling. Patronizing and unnecessarily involved with patients. Staff have no freedom to act within their role and highly directed by the dentist. He uses the English language to get out of his bad bedside manner, shifting blame on patient. Everything has to be run by him and staff cannot act within their role.
