Curtis International Ltd

I have a one year factory warranty, of which, Curtis International Ltd are not honouring. But I can extend it or have my credit card company extend a warranty, but won’t cover my 7 month old fresh out of the box ice machine that I paid $165 for. Won’t get an extended warranty if I’m still under the so called dishonoured factory warranty! Basically they want you to spend more money! I’ve also received hangup calls and I can prove it because I was told that they don’t call anybody but yet the name is on my phone? Buyer beware make sure you know where your factory warranties are coming from before you purchase your product mine was a Frigidaire but the cover many brands with Curtis international ltd warranties! It broke while using it sat on my counter I turned it off and on and filled it with water when required one day broke within seven months but because it broke it’s not covered? They have the scan packed in a nice little bow….
