Continental Mobile Windshield

Gustavo Celis replaced my smashed back window. Told me the job was $695 plus tax debit or credit. I asked about paying cash & he said $695 cash no tax. He followed me to my bank where I withdrew $700 and gave it to him (bank statement to prove). He said he could not give a receipt for cash payments. When my husband said that someone else at this company quoted him ~$500. We followed up, and were told that I had paid $595 cash. Gustavo said he couldn't remember at first & then insisted that I paid $595. There is no communication between people at this company. Looks like each person charges what they want even though another gave a different quote. Nobody at this company will acknowledge that $100 of my money was taken and not accounted for. I don't know how Gustavo sleeps at night or maybe he feels proud of ripping people off. I hope he does not pass this ethic on to his children.
