Terrible service!!! Money is the first consideration to them, not the pet!!! They use every method to rip you off. If you want to repeat the prescription and not do the check up again (which I just took my dog for them to check up 3 weeks ago), they made nonsense excuse to make you wait for a week for the medication; but if you spend more money and bring your pet in for another check up, they will provide the prescription right away. Never going back again even though I have using them for 20+ years!!! No moral in doing business!!! They charged expensive and still want more, but provide worst service especially the front desk. I called to ask for repeat prescription and they told me to wait for them to call back, no reply till the next day, I called again and they told me there is no record of my file. If you care for your pet, DON'T go to this clinic because they don't care of your loved one, they only care the Money!!!
