The e-proof they sent me had an issue where one portion of the background was coloured, even though it should have been white. I called them asking what was going on, and she refused to help me with my problem. She said they would have to investigate, but could not confirm that they would print on the same day even though that's the service I had requested. By the end of the phone call, she pretended not to hear me over the phone so that they could get off the phone call. I've never experienced this kind of poor customer service before. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
