Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewThe previous operator of this Envoy shop took a $20 deposit on my mailbox for the key and pass card. When I closed the box a few days ago, the current operator refused to refund the deposit, saying he has changed the key system. So it's my tough luck apparently. At one point he offered me $10 -- out of his own pocket, he said, as if he were doing me a favor. My feeling is that he inherited and benefited from my business for several years, he should honor the deposit. I won't step foot in this place again. The guy is ruthless and stupid.
