    My very first encounter with this shoe brand was in Raleigh, North Carolina. I went to a study program for the CFA. And needed comfortable shoes. Though at the time it was quite an investment, twenty years later my siblings are fighting for that same original pair of my Naots. My brothers and sisters all stuck their feet in my sandals and proudly sported the brand. Now that I came to Canada I have not been able to find the shoe in local stores until lo and behold. There was an ad. The only time in my entire life I saw an ad from NAOT. So I drove up to the warehouse. And bought four pairs. Two for me. A red closed up shoes. And a brown boots with very cute buttons up the side. The service at the time was tremendous. Even after I told the lovely lady, Kelly I was only after one pair. I have never regretted spending so much on shoes. Because my mom and sister absolutely adore their pairs. And I have only the best of experiences with my two pairs. During the transaction several of the store associates came to help me navigate the aisles upon isles of shoes. I have never seen so many pairs in one place. Male and female. And I wanted them ALL. Anywho, three years after my purchase NAOT is consistently excellent in service delivery. They managed communications effectively. And attend to client needs promptly. They excel in what they do. I always wondered why their shoes are not readily available everywhere. But now I can see. I am big on essential oils. And I would have a serious problem if the inexperienced could get rose oil or helychrisum just about anywhere. My client base would be diluted. And ineffective. So having direct delivered quality shoes to a targeted customer base through independent stores tells me NSOT has a brand they are invested in and are will8ng to serve to a higher degree and to the highest quality. And I have had the pleasure of experiencing these high customer service standards. As soon as my children stop growing as fas5 as they are now I will be sure to,introduce them to this brand. As good things should start as early as possible. Some things ar3 worth waiting for. Thanks again wonderful people at Naot. Much appreciation to you all for a job well,done. Regards esp to Iulia
