I wanted to rent a store at this location but found the Property Manager very rude, no flexibility in her personality putting all conditions on the tenant, with rent compare to other nearby places very high. It should be a two way agreement not just taking a dictation ...I feel how the current tenants are surviving. Be very careful before you rent a place in this court.
