This agent is aggressive and overbearing. He knows better what you want than you do...or so he thinks. I would not recommend him to anyone I even remotely liked. :)
The owner, William (Dave) Mulholland, is very arrogant and rude. He lacks knowledge in the realty business but tries to compensate by talking down to his clients and trying to bully them into taking his perspective on a home instead of respecting the client's views.
This guy is a very officious person who totally rubs you the wrong way. Not surprised he was kicked out of several other realty brokerages.
Stay away! Look elsewhere if you want a knowleadgeable realtor who actually knows how to listen, because this guy is neither capable nor willing!
