We hired him to do video and photography for our destination wedding. Due to personal circumstances, he brought on another photographer. Unfortunately, even the explanation he gave us at the time turned out not to be true.
During the wedding, both he and his assistant seemed more focused on socializing with guests than doing the job they were paid to do. Many of the specific shots we requested were not taken at all, and the ones that were delivered were of very poor quality.
Communication was also an issue — it often took him days or even weeks to respond, and he consistently missed deadlines, giving us new ones each time. It took over a year to receive all the final materials.
The video quality was uneven, and the songs we had specifically asked to include were not used. At one point during the trip, both photographers were involved in an incident that caused one of them to get injured, which delayed the completion of our photos even further.
We’re disappointed with how the experience turned out and hope that no one else goes through the same situation we did.
