Average rating 5.0 based on 1 reviewI spent 2 years at this location (1 bedroom 2nd floor) and I had cockroaches twice AND mice at least 3 times in my kitchen and living room. The superintendent didn't care about it, she a 75 yo lady, rude and careless. She pretending to be nice but once you got a problem they will just not do anything (different tenants had problems with her). I had no idea where the mice came from, probably from a small hole in the old kitchen (which hasn't been renovated for 15 years at least). I trapped one mouse but couldn't never trap the 2 other ones. I had moisture all over the bathroom (when I entered it was covered by white paint). The moisture came from the bath upstairs. I will NOT recommend you to go there (they rent their 1 bedroom at $1300 a month, unbelievable!!)
