My 1st colonoscopy and all of the staff members that answered my questions before the procedure ( especially the one young woman that got most of my phone calls ) were extremely patient and helpful. Anyone who takes my concerns seriously and doesn't brush me off with 'go look it up on the internet' without even asking if I have internet access (I don't always) are the ones I am most thankful to. Only one staff member gave me that off-putting 'go look it up on the internet', answer - maybe the answer to what I was asking is something the clinic could give in post-procedure pamphlet especially those without 24/7 access to the internet. Otherwise, many thanks to the staff there - especially the most patient, friendly and helpful!
