Erractic, talks non-stop about herself, expensive and self absorbed. I never went back and she went out of business. Hasn't reopened or joined a larger spa. Her work and personality stand by themselves and customers don't like her always complaining about how miserable she is at home because says her husband is lazy and fat and abuses her. I think she was lying but who knows
