i have been dealing with this lab. for almost one yr. and for that whole time getting someone to come to my home and do an i.n.r. test on my 87 yr old mother is very distressing. no one ever shows up when you are told they will, then you have to call the main number and inquire why no one has been to your home, only to be told someone will get back to you, which never happens. then maybe after two or three days after your original call someone will eventually come. in my opinion this is no way to run a business. if you can't come when your supposed to, let me know at least.
