Active Air Comfort Inc

We hired Active Air Comfort to install new furnace & AC unit in November 2013. Under our "signed agreement" as long as we do annual maintenance checks then our labour is covered for 10 years as are the parts through Carrier. Our thermostat went and Eddie (owner) came by as per our "contract!" He put in a temporary as he was unable to get a new one from Carrier for various reasons. After, finally getting a new Carrier thermostat he really didn't even know how to install it! Tried calling Carrier but they were closed! Luckily, he got it finally working! Under our "contract" I don't pay for labour as I've kept up my end of the "Contract!" Eddy started to demand money to which I refused as per our "Contract!" He left our home after a verbal interaction! We called Eddy to do our annual maintenance in October of 2022 as per the "contract!" He refused to come do any maintenance on our units which is a clear "breach of a contract!" Because we wouldn't pay his extortion fee which we aren't obligated to pay under the "contract" he's chosen to no longer service our units! I would advise anyone to stay away from Active Air Comfort!!! I have all the necessary signed documents to verify the "Contract and the annual maintenance checks!" Under the law this extortionist has "breached a legal contract!" Would trust this company?? I hope anyone reading this won't give Eddy (Active Air Comfort) a chance to do any type of installation!!!
