However I find the company's return policies incomprehensible in the days of Amazon. I bought a grinder because our old one was not working and when we unboxed the new one, we discovered it was a power fuse issue so the new one was not needed. I received a credit note but I wanted a return of my money because the grinder was never used beyond turning it on. At least I could have got my money back with other vendors and not be on the hook to whittle done my credit over a long time. Not cool.
