We rented a unit for our son for 6 month at 925 Bay Street. During the last month only he has been getting letters from the management about loud talking on the balcony and smoking (students do that, not defending, we dealt with it). During a meeting with the manager Mrs K Sanecka, she discussed this issue, he apologized and promised to watch the situation when friends over. The meeting turned into a small talk during which Mrs Sanecka was trying to get medical advice from our “science” student whether giving OTC medicine to her small child or not is safe because she doesn’t trust the doctors and that she actually trusts him more than them. This is absolutely absurd, shocking and criminal to question a 20 year old about treating her child with drugs! Our son is nowhere close to being responsible for such actions a case worthy checking with the child services. Management will do everything possible to swindle you to keep the deposit using the situation that we are not residing in Canada and are not familiar with the rental laws. Be ready to be yelled at, ignored etc.
