This company is a sham. 3 months we pleaded to get the CD for a long awaited surgeon appointment. They gave several excuses not to produce them including saying there was a security breach. My wife needed to get another MRI in an emergency. The surgeon suggested a report to the Ontario Ministry of Health for services charged for but not provided. Personal are nasty and condescending. Staff are incompetent. Hours wasted.
